Completing
the Application Form |
It will help us get your SKILLcard to you as soon as possible
if you satisfactorily complete the correct application form. Which
form to use will depend on:
- the colour of card you apply for;
- your occupation; and
- whether Industry Accreditation remains available
for your occupation or whether you have to apply via the Experienced
Worker route.
