If you’re applying for a SKILLcard on behalf on an employee, the process is easy and straightforward.
All you need to do is:
- Identify which SKILLcard your employee should apply for. You can check using our card finder.
- Set up an account and complete the online application using a web browser, not a mobile or tablet device; remembering to include copies of course/examination certificates and a photograph. As an employer, you will need to complete the Employer’s Endorsement section and pay the card fee.
- Providing the applicants meet the criteria, we will aim to have the new smart SKILLcard with you within 15-20 days.
We will write to you to remind you when your workforce’s SKILLcards are within 8 weeks of their renewal date.
