Tuesday, August 16, 2022 12:50 PM

Meet Joseph Broadhead, he works for AC Solutions Group Ltd who are REFCOM, BESA and BESCA CPS members.

Joe is an RACHP Engineer apprentice currently studying his Level 3 Diploma. He currently holds a red Trainee SKILLcard, which is free for all apprentices and trainees, and is in the process of updating his SKILLcard to a Blue Skilled Worker now that he has become more qualified.

“My red Trainee SKILLcard enables me to give my clients a little bit of reassurance on projects, as they might not know my potential at first,” said Joe.

“What I enjoy most about my apprenticeship is meeting new clients and the day-to-day learning. At times we have long, stressful days but I think those sorts of days bring out the best in us to fulfil our potential”.

“What next after my apprenticeship? Always aim big is my motto and one day I want to own a Gold SKILLcard, it would be amazing!” said Joe.

“For anyone thinking of joining our industry, I would say just go for it! Life is too short to hesitate, and we would welcome you into our industry with open arms,” said Joe.
